`ui`

Launch a local migrate client for a one-shot migrate / preflight from a browser. It binds to loopback only. The UI itself does not bill; a migrate it launches records the same billable-eligible migration usage event as the CLI.

The operator loop (assess → plan → verify) is panel, an additive command. vrtmv ui is unchanged.

Flag	Purpose
`--port <n>`	Port to bind on `127.0.0.1` (default `8765`).

The server listens only on the loopback interface and guards against DNS-rebinding. It is intended for interactive use on the analysis host, not as a shared service.
